## Description

Excellent open plan apartment managed by High End Balearics, with amazing sea views offering a fresh renovated accomodation, ideal for 2 people. With aircon, Internet Wi-Fi ( optical fiber ), Smart tv. It offers fabulous sea views, and its ideally located and well equipped, new laminate wooden floors, big walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen - including washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee maker and more - beautiful bedroom with Queen Bed with thick comfortable matress 
Bed linen & home towels provided 

Located in second line where you enjoy the quietness and the parking facilty, but u are still a short walk to the sea, beach and restaurants.

Ceiling fan in the bedroom. Safety features - fire extinguishers and fire blanket - Fresh and good quality linen and towels provided. We provide beach towels too. If you need it we can provide a baby cot and a high chair, pls just ask

The spacious bathroom has just been renewed and has a big walk in shower ( 75cm wide x 1,75 cm long ). There is a hair dryer. Water with good pressure.

Modern kitchen with all facilities, even dishwasher and washing machine.

Elegant and comfortbale living area from where u enjoy a fabulous view of the harbour. Free internet Wi-Fi optical fiber 

Nestled in a privileged area of Mallorca, where you can enjoy mountain as well as sea activities .In a quiet and safe area, where parking in street is free. Its a few minutes walk to harbour and beach, where you find all amenities, best restaurants for fresh fish...
The building itself is very cool, and from our 3 huge windows in the lounge you enjoy fabulous sea views and fresh salty sea breeze. Windows have double glazing offering total isolation.

We have a keybox for you to pick up keys to have direct acces and arrive whenever is convenient for you Car hire is not necessary, but if you wish to hire one, parking nearby the property is easy and free. If you decide to arrive by taxi, we are happy to organize a local driver to collect you at the airport and take you directly to the aptm. The apartment is very well equipped and all guests have enjoyed a lot.

We want you to enjoy your holiday at our apartment and it will be clean, fresh and in optimum conditions for your stay. Are you ready to come and enjoy?

Additional info :
The aptm is well isolated with double glazing.
If you require any specific or extra linen pls ask before arrival to see if we can provide it. 
Extra cost applies for the extra linen as well as for the use of the sofa bed.
