We produce our own energy with solar panels and recycle waste.
We have a nice private swimming pool & sunbathing area with sunloungeurs and a spacious outdooors eating area with 360 degree mountain view.

This beautiful cottage is located in a private piece of land in the mountain area, and enjoys its unique benefits, its extremely peaceful, you are surrounded by nature, fresh air and breathtaking views ...
You can hear the birds, the sheep...and at night crickets and you can watch the stars !
We have a nice swimming pool and sunbathing area with sunloungeurs and a spacious eating area at the front of the house from where to enjoy the views.

The cottage offers 1 bedroom with nice wooden double bed and comfy latex matress, 1 bathroom with walk in shower and beautiful hand made features such as real stone walls, giving a lot of typical caracter.
Kitchen - living area, equipped with all basics you need for cooking and eating.
Basic Internet 4G Wi-Fi available ( mainly to check emails )

Real built in BBQ to be used with charcoal, where to do your fresh fish, meat and veggies , ideal for al fresco meals.
At the front of the house we have a pergola that offers nice shade for meals or maybe an outdoor siesta :)
Right next to the property you find a path that takes you to the top of the mountain or walk to Fornalutx from the cottage ,it’s a 30 minute walk down

The pool is ready to use from May to September included.

We are quite ECO ;)) based on solar panels and spring /rain water.

This property is for slow living, to enjoy the light, the air, the sun...some music or nature sounds, a good book and a fresh meal, these pleasures in life that we should enjoy more often.

If u like to relax and disconnect from busy everyday life, roads and cities, crowded places ...

Drive from closest village to the property is about 12 minutes on a well paved tough windy mountain road, this is the little price to pay to realize that once there u don’t hear or see crazy traffic, city light pollution etc
You will see stars, you will hear the silence and listen to the music u like to play, you will hear sheeps, maybe a donkey, crickets ...
Around you ...majestic mountains and centenary olive trees ...

Enjoy loooong days in summer and some sea breeze coming from the sea which you can see at the distance

- Drive a mountain road to get away from the crowds
- Relax, disconnect, enjoy birds singing , silence etc...
-Be away from it all, enjoy seclusion
-Be in the nature
- Slow down, have siestas
-Sunbathe

-Read
-Sleep, recharge
-Go with the nature, understand there are domestic animals in the surroundings ( sheeps...)
- understand in the nature you can see a spider, a bee, a butterfly, ants, mosquitoes, lizards ...etc
- Watch stars without light pollution.
- Spend time without seing other people.
- Stay in winter lighting the fire stove with oven to heat the cottage, watch the flames and cook in the fire powered oven.

This property is NOT for you if you :

- Dont plan to have a vehicle, altough you can walk to nearest village in 30 min ( walk down ), a car is essential
- If you Cant drive or are afraid of mountain roads
-If you think a taxi, Uber or delivery will arrive at your door.
- If you think there is a shop or bar around the corner
- If you plan to work remotely, the internet is 4G so this wont work for your remote work.
- If you are not prepared to make a proper use of energy, water etc.
- If you want AirCon
-If you dont undertstand in Mallorca it is hot in summer, and cold in winter
- If you cant make fire (For winter stays the only way to heat the place is making fire on a stove burner )

Closest beach in Port de Soller is about 20 minutes drive. In Port de Sóller you have very good restaurants, shops and all u need for a swimmimg day.
You can take a ferry to nearby beaches ( Cala Tuent, Sa Calobra, Torrent de Pareis )
The property is about 12 minute drive to Fornalutx, which is the closest village with excellent restaurants for mallorcan food, a mini market, bakery, ATM, various cafés, pizza place, hairdresser, medical center, public tennis court, ...
Fornalutx has been considered the most beautiful village in Spain, so well worth the visit.
You can walk from the property to Fornalutx, there is a beautiful and popular path well sign posted. Approx 30 min walk down in a beautiful surrounding with centenary olive trees.
If u are a mountain lover and like to walk, the popular route to Barranco de Biniaraix is also nearby, as well as others
