This is an impressive, spacious 4-bedroom villa with a private heated saltwater pool, offering stunning sea views. Truly unbeatable for a family holiday, including a large 8 x 4 m pool and a large garden, BBQ, and south-facing view for all-day sun, and a 5-minute walk to the center of Deià with its popular bars and restaurants.
Fully renovated, new bathrooms, all new beds, bedding and towels, new kitchen utensils....

The outdoors of this property are just fantastic: a large pool, BBQ, and terraces with a lovely sea view from any point.
On arrival and after parking in our private garage (for 2 cars) You will find the beautiful large front terrace with magnificent sea views, direct access to the large entrance and seating area, one bedroom with new walk-in shower next door, and a fully equipped kitchen. Tap water is drinkable ( specific filter on kitchen tap)
On the middle floor, you will find the master bedroom with a private terrace with nice sea views and the master bathroom with a big walk-in shower.
Upstairs we have 2 more bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Cleaning and change of sheets included mid-stay.
Guests have access to the entire property.

Other things to note
Pool heating is optional and costs an extra 100 E daily for this service. The heated pool does not exceed 30 degrees Celsius.
